We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Special Gifts .ecrater.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service department and we will try to make it right. If any item does not satisfy you, it may be returned within 14 days. Returns must be in the original box and condition and be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and a note stating the problem. Please ship the item prepaid. We will refund the purchase price only, excluding shipping and handling charges. Customer Pays Cost of shipping unless item is damaged. All Orders returned are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The item(s) must be returned in good condition, and in original boxes with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. Your return MUST include a copy of your Invoice or Packing slip to receive proper credit. Please email us prior to returning any item for an RMA number. Order sent back without an RMA number will not be processed.

We do our best to avoid backorders. They're costly for us, and annoying for our customers. If a backorder does occur, our customer service department will contact you and advise you of expected delivery date. We will issue a "refund" for the Out of Stock item(s) Immediately. You will be charged only for the items shipped, not the items that are out of stock.
